Shipping Policy PureAura Wellness — Effective Date: June 2026
We want every PureAura Wellness order to reach you safely and in perfect condition. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship your orders across South Africa.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed over weekends or on South African public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your payment is successful. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a second email with your tracking details.
Please note: Processing time is separate from delivery time. Your total estimated wait time is processing time + delivery time.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Please allow up to 21 days from the date of dispatch for your order to arrive. This applies to all delivery zones across South Africa including major cities, towns, and rural areas.
We know waiting can be hard — but great wellness products are worth it. You will receive tracking details so you can follow your order every step of the way.
Delivery times are estimates and may be slightly longer during peak periods such as Black Friday, festive season, and school holidays. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you informed of any delays.
3. Shipping Costs
All orders ship FREE across South Africa — no minimum spend required.
Free shipping is automatically applied to every order at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your parcel on the courier's website at any time.
If you have not received your tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder first, then contact us at contact@pureaurawellnesss.co.za with your order number.
5. Delivery Areas
We deliver to all areas across South Africa, including major cities, towns, and many rural areas. If your delivery address falls outside our serviceable zones, you will be notified before completing payment at checkout.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will typically attempt delivery again or leave a collection notification. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during business hours, or consider using a work or business address.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout or repeated failed delivery attempts, a re-delivery fee will apply. Please double check your shipping address carefully before confirming your order.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us at contact@pureaurawellnesss.co.za as soon as possible after delivery. We will investigate with the courier and resolve the matter promptly.
If your parcel has not arrived within 21 days of your dispatch notification, please contact us and we will track the shipment on your behalf.
